Is it safe to order from The Herb Connect?

We’re one of 120+ dispensaries in Vancouver (over 200 in Canada) that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall and VPD have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any gang affiliations.

There are about 20 mail order marijuana sites in Vancouver. Vancouver has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving pot in the mail.

That being said, there is still a risk on both ends as we are not working with any federal approval.

How will my order be packaged and shipped?

Your order will be discretely packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. Handling will take less than one business day and your order will be shipped out using Canada Post Xpresspost shipping service with no indication of the package contents. The package will take 1 to 2 business days to reach most destinations in Canada and you will have shipping information to track it from start to finish.

Where do you ship from?

Although we are incorporated in Winnipeg, MB, we do not possess any medical marijuana in the city. We mail-in directly from Vancouver, BC using Canada Post XpressPost shipping service to get to most destinations in Canada within 1 to 2 business days.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order requirement for our online store. However, to take advantage of free shipping, you will need to place an order of at least $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $15 for XpressPost shipping will be added to your total.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?

You will receive free XpressPost shipping if you place an order amount of $100 or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of $15 will be added to your total for XpressPost shipping.

I am unable to use the $25 coupon code. What do I do?

There are a few requirements to using the $25 coupon code you receive from registering for the first time:

  1. You must have at least a $150 order amount.
  2. You must use it within 48 hours of registering your account and receiving your code.
  3. You must be logged in to the same account you registered or use the same email address you registered with as a guest.
